Isn't Flexpay just a payroll system like all other payroll systems?
Yes and no. Yes, because Flexpay can of course calculate wages, A-tax, ATP, pensions, prepare payslips, etc. But no, because Flexpay is entirely its own on one point: Flexpay has its own domain specific language, with which the super user can easily (and without programming) create your own calculation rules, validations, reports, etc. Often, we at SaPagi will of course help with this, but the built-in language means that adjustments can be made easily and quickly – and thus cheaper for you as a customer than with normal payroll systems.
Examples of adjustments developed specifically for our customers:
- Report on equal pay,
- fully automatic calculation of seniority allowances,
- special calculation of allowances for Horesta employees,
- calculation of holiday allowances in accordance with the Financial
- Sector’s collective agreement,
